AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I called AAMCO after my oil change guy said my transmission was low and the transfer case needed work. I called and spoke with Jason Smith at AAMCO, he was great on the phone and had me bring it in. Within 24 hours he called with the diagnosis: fluids were actually fine (good news), there are some engine issues unrelated to the transmission (bad news), but Jason was 100% honest and helpful in pointing me the right way (great news). No pressure, just integrity. Highly recommend AAMCO Marietta and Jason Smith!”

I had the most excellent experience with this particular AAMCO team. From the beginning of getting a transmission replacement for my 2017 Audi Q7 they were nothing short of amazing and went well above and beyond communicating with my warranty company. Jason is very knowledgeable about every aspect of dealing with inspectors and timelines. In the end they found an amazing solution for me and finished the work in great time. I can’t speak highly enough about how transparent and knowledgeable they are!

After several bad experiences with the dealership, I took my car to AAMCO Transmission & Total Car Care Marietta and immediately felt at ease. The staff was very informative, honest, and helpful. They ordered the needed parts and completed the repairs within a day, and my car now drives like new. They also ruled out items the dealership said I needed, which I really appreciated, and they went above and beyond by keeping me updated throughout the day. Excellent service and transparency—I highly recommend them!

I was recommended here by another shop for my transmission. Had high expectations as the recommending shop praised their work. Jason went above and beyond in order to exceed those expectations. Luckily, the guys diagnosed my vehicle and determined it wasn’t the transmission. I didn’t pay a dime. They went through a full inspection of my car including photos every step of the way to ensure full transparency. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Call them for any transmission, axle, or mounting needs.

Exceptional team leadership, led by Mark, consistently demonstrated excellence and professionalism, as reflected in their C.A.R.E (Customers Always Require Excellence) index, which stands at level 10. The team took the time to explain technical issues with my transmission in understandable terms. Before beginning repairs, they offered to show me the worn-out parts, making my decision to proceed straightforward and reassuring. Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed at every stage. When it came time to pay, there were no unexpected charges or fees, everything was as agreed. Based on this outstanding experience, I will definitely return for future services and recommend this team to others seeking trustworthy care for their vehicles.
